Do you ship to the United States?

Yes, we of course ship to the US. All of our products are available for shipping, including samples.

How long does shipping to the U.S. take?

All our wallpapers are print to order and the shipping times depend on the brand.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?

Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. UPS is used for all US deliveries.

Do your prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?

Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT

Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?

No. We take care of all import duties, taxes, and customs fees on your behalf, so there are no unexpected charges when your order arrives.

Can I return items from the U.S.?

Yes, unopened and undamaged rolls of wallpaper can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding OUTLET items).
