Outlet rolls are unopened, returned items and are available in limited quantities. Outlet purchases are final and non-refundable. Please note that outlet rolls are printed in a different batch than new rolls, so slight color differences may occur when combined with newly printed rolls.

Yes, of course! All of our products are available for shipping, including samples.
How long does shipping to the U.S. take?
All our wallpapers are print to order and the shipping times depend on the brand.

Can I track my order once it’s shipped?
Yes. As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow its journey right to your doorstep. UPS is used for all US deliveries.
Do your prices include VAT (Value Added Tax)?
Yes, all our prices are inclusive of VAT
Will I be charged import duties or customs fees?
For US customers, orders with a total value under $800 (including shipping) ship duty-free, meaning you won’t pay any import duties or customs fees.
For orders above $800, U.S. Customs may apply import duties and handling fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Yes, unopened and undamaged rolls of wallpaper can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding OUTLET items).
