Returns

Unopened and undamaged rolls of wallpaper can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date (excluding OUTLET items).

Please confirm that your return is within 30 days of your order date and that items were not bought in our Outlet. 

We will confirm the return address when we receive your email.

Unannounced returns are not accepted. Please do not return items without emailing us first. 

We do not accept returns for Fleur Harris or Mrs Mighetto wallpapers as they are printed for the individual customer. 

Returned rolls should be shipped to Summer Gray at the buyers expense and once received a refund will be transfered back to the buyer with their original payment method. Please allow up to 14 days for the refund. 

Check your wallpaper first! 

Our wallpaper is very high quality non woven, however sometimes it is possible that there is an error with the print. Its very important that you check the wallpaper before you place it on the walls. If you spot an error then contact us straight away. If the wallpaper is not on the wall then we will immediately send you new rolls. This prevents you from having to re-do the job. Once you have placed the wallpaper on the walls we can no longer replace or refund the order. 

Cancelling Orders

Orders can be cancelled if the order has not been processed and shipped. 

This can be done by contacting us by email info@summergray.nl If the order has already been processed and shipped then the customer must return unopened rolls at their own expense back to Summer Gray. Once received a refund will be given within 14 working days of the item being received. 

We cannot accept opened rolls of wallpaper or samples as returns.

These provisions do not affect your statutory rights, see below. No returns can be accepted or will be credited without prior agreement, therefore email us and please state your order number, date of receipt, the reason for returning the Product, and we will get back to you with the next steps to process the return.
